Originally from Cotuí, Dominican Republic, Francis moved to St. Cloud in 2025. His first job was in a textile factory, and he's no stranger to hard work; he's also worked in a gold mine and even owned and operated a neighborhood bar.

Francis is proud of his close-knit family and loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and granddaughter. In his free time, he enjoys studying English, working out at the fitness center, and playing pool in the community room.
