Allen grew up in St. Cloud and still calls it home. His first job was at a local printing company, where he learned to work with focus and stay on his feet all day, skills that translate well to the moving world.

He comes from a close family with strong ties to their extended relatives. Outside of work, Allen enjoys playing basketball, shooting pool, and hosting a good backyard BBQ.
